Do you lift up every rock? Are you open to new experiences?

The UNIVERSE/GOD/HIGHER POWER/ - whatever you choose to call this encompassing ENERGY has a mind of itz own!!!

INTENTION/PRAYER/DREAMS/VISION BOARDS - What the difference?

Do you really have the control????

So I was catering an event for DUE-AMICI for PageTec who opened a new Columbus headquarters. While there the owner said he would like me to work with them. I had no idea what they did. Why not? ROCK - lift it up see whatz under it. Another industry for me to add to my toolbelt, connections and curriculum for teaching!?

It turns out it is a production company for events and multimedia. WOW. Within 3 weeks I have been involved in setting up and running 3 large events. 57,000 people for the Derassic Classic, being the biggest and 2 other events. I have been involved with over 15 bands and performances. Hows that for a quick expereince? Amazing how this opportunity is directly aligned with the next step to the B.YONEST INVAZION. I did not set this goal or have this on my radar. I had many questions about audio/video/lighting/staging for our B.YONEST tour, but never sought out this opportunity.

Did I somehow put this intention out with my questions?

This rock somehow appeared. I went for it, checked it out and now the precessional effect is the exciting part. Whats next?!

Where does FLOW come from?

Ever notice some days you are in the FLOW? Things just seems to work out, even better then you could imagine. The parking spot is there, the person you thought about in the morning happens to walk by you on the street (you have never seen them outside of the night life). All your calls/emails out are answered quickly with positive responses.
Then there are the days when you drive round and round looking for the spot. You cant get a hold of people you are calling, no email responses come back. Very low energy…

Why is this? FLOW comes from what? Vibrating at a frequency that is attracting all that you want. Maybe if you do not focus on what you want in the morning then you are at EFFECT instead of CAUSE. Which is not always bad, because sometimes the way I think something should happen is not even close to universal perfection.

I just wanted to type a quick post to keep my google ranking up. My intention is that you get some small thought or distinction from this babble to FOUCS on!

BREAKING ALL THE RULEZ - ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Most of my teachers who explain fundamentalz of entrepreneurship -tell me to hire top professionals and manage projectz.

HMMMM - so me learning HTML, CSS and FLASH and all the termz and codes of website building goes against these fundamentalz. BUT it goes towards me learning new skills, vocabulary and more content and context to teach with. (MY DILEMMA)

I realize this, yet after reading the WORLD IS FLAT by Thomas Friedman, I also realize that every individual with a computer and internet hookup had the same potenital and opportunity ANYWHERE in the world!!!

A website is a piece of real estate in the virtual world.

  • BRANDING/LOGOS, COLOR SCHEME
  • IMAGERY - photography, at least 4 mega-pixel camera and editing program
  • VIDEO - video camera, editing program
  • SERVER - ability to house content, sites, pages, muzik, video, images
  • AUDIO - Sound booth, editing program -and an EXTRAORDINARY SONGWRITER.
  • WEBSITE BUILDER program - FLASH, DREAMWEAVER etc
  • CODER/PROGRAMMER - PHP, actionscript

If an individual has the skill sets and can do all of these thingz - or can “BUY THE TIME” of others who do have the skill sets then I theorize that is all you need. Set up the system and maintain it.

Why are you unique and why will people keep coming back? What is the exchange?

How many of these skill sets do you have? How many do you want?to know? Do you have connections within all of these creative fields? Do you have the money to “BUY THE TIME” of those who do?

How many people does it take make this virtual real estate happen?

Is Gas Expensive? Not really, in comparison - Subsidized???

Gas prices around the world
Think you pay a lot for gas? Perhaps you’d prefer to live in Venezuela.

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) – Gasoline prices in the United States, which have recently hit record highs, are actually much lower than in many countries. Drivers in some European cities, like Amsterdam and Oslo, are paying nearly 3 times more than those in the U.S.

The main factor in price disparities between countries is government policy, according to AirInc, a company that tracks the cost of living in various places around the world. Many European nations tax gasoline heavily, with taxes making up as much as 75 percent of the cost of a gallon of gasoline, said a spokesperson for AirInc.

In a few Latin America and Middle-East nations, such as Venezuela and Saudi Arabia, oil is produced by a government-owned company and local gasoline prices are kept low as a benefit to the nation’s citizens, he said. All prices updated March, 2005.

Nation City Price in USD Regular/Gallon
Netherlands Amsterdam $6.48
Norway Oslo $6.27
Italy Milan $5.96
Denmark Copenhagen $5.93

High gas prices: How to conserve gas?

TOP 10 GAS SAVING TIPS
1. Avoid idling your car for long periods.
2. Accelerate and decelerate slowly.
3. Lighten your cars load. The more your car weighs, the more gas the engine must burn.
4. Combine your trips and run all of your errands at one time.
5. Check your cars  tire pressure. Improperly inflated tires create drag and reduce fuel efficiency.
6. Use the right gas for your cars engine. Check your car owner’s manual for the right grade of gas for your car.
7. Close the gas cap properly. Make sure the seal is tight.
8. Change your cars air filter regularly as a clogged filter will reduce mileage.
9. Change your engines spark plugs.
10. Drive a fuel-efficient car.

HOW MUCH DOES RAIN EFFECT YOUR STATE/MOOD?

I hear people complain about aches and pains more when it rains.  People with arthritis tell me they can feel or sense it when it is going to rain, HMMMM - So does rain really effect your STATE/MOOD?

When the SUN is out, my STATE, my outlook feels different!  How about you?

So WHY would anyone live in any other environment then one with a great deal of SUNLIGHT, with minimal RAIN?  QUICK and wholesome, nutritional storms, like like a Costa Rican shower.

COLD AND DAMP is not OK.  Set a new standard!

SKYBUS CLOSES: How do I get a refund?

COLUMBUS DISPATCH ARTICLE

Q&A: Where to turn if you’re stranded or need a refund

Sunday, April 6, 2008 3:59 AM - COLUMBUS DISPATCH

Q.I have tickets for a Skybus flight. How do I get a refund?

A. If you paid with a credit card or debit card, contact the card issuer by calling the toll-free number on the back of the card. Follow the prompts to speak with someone and then ask to file a dispute.

Expect to receive provisional credit to your account for the disputed amount in seven to 10 business days, one U.S. Bank branch co-manager said. During a 30- to 45-day period after the initial contact, the bank will research the problem on behalf of the customer. The co-manager noted that it’s important that customers complete the paperwork that will be sent to them. Customers risk having the provisional credit withdrawn if the dispute documentation isn’t completed.

Q. I was stranded and had to pay out-of-pocket expenses to get home. What do I do about being reimbursed for hotel and airline-ticket costs?

A. You’re out of luck. Having bought Skybus travel insurance — even the improved version offered starting March 5 — won’t help, either.

AIG TravelGuard, the insurer, said it will offer free rebooking — normally a $25 cost — for any Skybus customer, even those without insurance. That’s the extent of the help TravelGuard can provide, said Becky Edwards, assistant manager of its call center.

Skybus insurance policies covered flights missed because of problems such as an illness, inclement weather and, later, airline-caused delays and cancellations, she said. But Skybus did not include “default” — going out of business — as one of the circumstances covered by the insurance, she said.

Skybus ticket holders who paid for travel insurance and had not started their trip when the airline folded can apply for a refund of their insurance premium. Information on how to do that can be found at www.travelguard.com/skybus. The company’s toll-free number is 1-800-826-4919.

Q. Is any other airline offering help to Skybus ticket holders?

A. Yes. JetBlue is offering Skybus customers a standby fare of $50 for one-way travel, honored for any JetBlue destination within 100 miles of the original Skybus destination. JetBlue, however, doesn’t directly serve all former Skybus destinations, including Port Columbus.

US Airways said it will accept tickets for standby travel from Skybus passengers for $50 per person per nonstop segment, plus any applicable taxes and fees.

Southwest Airlines offered to fly stranded Skybus passengers at no charge to Jacksonville, Fla.; Manchester, N.H.; Norfolk, Va.; Providence, R.I.; Fort Myers, Fla.; or Raleigh-Durham, N.C., spokesman Chris Mainz said. Other markets might be accommodated on an individual basis, he said.

Passengers have to present their Skybus itinerary. He expects the offer to last through the weekend.

“We haven’t done it exactly like this in the past. But we do look at things on a case by case basis,” Mainz said.
