The 1908 “City Beautiful” plan discusses many ideas that planners, civic leaders and residents are talking about now to make Columbus more livable: bikeways, Scioto Mile park, more green space, more public art.

“Many of the issues discussed in the plan 100 years ago are issues that remain topics of discussion today,” Kathy Mast Kane, executive director of the Columbus Landmarks Foundation, said in an e-mail.

A Few movers and shakers, a billionaire, many public companies creating employment.  NOT ENOUGH - 100 years and we are still working on the SAME PLAN!

How long does it take?  What is the key ingriedient that COLUMBUS does not have?  MORE BUSINESS, MORE EMPLOYMENT, MORE PEOPLE, MORE MONEY???

Do you really have freewill?

According to Scientific American Mind Magazine and a study done at Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience Berlin - “We all think that we have a conscious free will,” he says. “However, this study shows that actions come from preconscious brain activity patterns and not from the person consciously thinking about what they are going to do.”

The results of the study support the notion that unconscious brain activity comes first and concious expereince follows as a result.

So I was catering an event for DUE-AMICI for PageTec who opened a new Columbus headquarters. While there the owner said he would like me to work with them. I had no idea what they did. Why not? ROCK - lift it up see whatz under it. Another industry for me to add to my toolbelt, connections and curriculum for teaching!?

It turns out it is a production company for events and multimedia. WOW. Within 3 weeks I have been involved in setting up and running 3 large events. 57,000 people for the Derassic Classic, being the biggest and 2 other events. I have been involved with over 15 bands and performances. Hows that for a quick expereince? Amazing how this opportunity is directly aligned with the next step to the B.YONEST INVAZION. I did not set this goal or have this on my radar. I had many questions about audio/video/lighting/staging for our B.YONEST tour, but never sought out this opportunity.

Did I somehow put this intention out with my questions?

This rock somehow appeared. I went for it, checked it out and now the precessional effect is the exciting part. Whats next?!

Ever notice some days you are in the FLOW? Things just seems to work out, even better then you could imagine. The parking spot is there, the person you thought about in the morning happens to walk by you on the street (you have never seen them outside of the night life). All your calls/emails out are answered quickly with positive responses.
Then there are the days when you drive round and round looking for the spot. You cant get a hold of people you are calling, no email responses come back. Very low energy…

Why is this? FLOW comes from what? Vibrating at a frequency that is attracting all that you want. Maybe if you do not focus on what you want in the morning then you are at EFFECT instead of CAUSE. Which is not always bad, because sometimes the way I think something should happen is not even close to universal perfection.

I just wanted to type a quick post to keep my google ranking up. My intention is that you get some small thought or distinction from this babble to FOUCS on!

Most of my teachers who explain fundamentalz of entrepreneurship -tell me to hire top professionals and manage projectz.

HMMMM - so me learning HTML, CSS and FLASH and all the termz and codes of website building goes against these fundamentalz. BUT it goes towards me learning new skills, vocabulary and more content and context to teach with. (MY DILEMMA)

I realize this, yet after reading the WORLD IS FLAT by Thomas Friedman, I also realize that every individual with a computer and internet hookup had the same potenital and opportunity ANYWHERE in the world!!!

A website is a piece of real estate in the virtual world.

• BRANDING/LOGOS, COLOR SCHEME
• IMAGERY - photography, at least 4 mega-pixel camera and editing program
• VIDEO - video camera, editing program
• SERVER - ability to house content, sites, pages, muzik, video, images
• AUDIO - Sound booth, editing program -and an EXTRAORDINARY SONGWRITER.
• WEBSITE BUILDER program - FLASH, DREAMWEAVER etc
• CODER/PROGRAMMER - PHP, actionscript

If an individual has the skill sets and can do all of these thingz - or can “BUY THE TIME” of others who do have the skill sets then I theorize that is all you need. Set up the system and maintain it.

Why are you unique and why will people keep coming back? What is the exchange?

How many of these skill sets do you have? How many do you want?to know? Do you have connections within all of these creative fields? Do you have the money to “BUY THE TIME” of those who do?

How many people does it take make this virtual real estate happen?

Gentlemen,

Have fired up the solar panel testing program and the theory of extracting both the electricity and heat from the panel is very positive. The drive though heat in the panel is around 120F which is substantially better than expected. Fort Green will be able to offer a hybrid solar energy solution.  We will be able to covert the sun’s solar energy into electricity, hot water, and store the remaining heat in our Active Plate Storage system (APS) for heating the building. At first glance we should be able to extract and save 70 to 85 percent of the sun’s energy that falls on the panel. We will be running calibrated and documented tests over the next two months. 

Can you imagine the press coverage potential of the world’s most energy efficient building system? Hello major magazines?

Gentlemen,

Here’s our solar test unit. This is our hybrid phase 3 panel which;  1) generates electricity, 2) heats water, and 3) heats the active plate concrete mass. We have just started the testing, but the preliminary results show we capture 15% of the suns energy as electricity and 60 to 70% of the sun’s energy as heat. Were running chart recorders on the unit so all of the test results are documented and verifiable. The electricity generation seems to work even in cloudy conditions but the solar heat range oscillates between 94 to 120 F in cloudy conditions. We are targeting 120  degree heat capture which will give us a 50 degree differential allowing us to have effective solar heating in even higher latitudes like Canada.
